The Certification is a group of activities developed by an organism which is exempted, and independent from the trade relationship, and whose objective is to attest publicly, in writing, that certain product, process or service is in accordance with the requirements specified by the Quality Norms. These requirements can be: national, foreigners or international.
‘TRIPLO A’ understands that the certification is not an isolated and punctual action, but a process that begins with the understanding of the need for the quality for the
maintenance of competitiveness and consequent permanence in the market. This process goes through the use of technical norms and through the diffusion of the quality concept in all the sections of the productive chain, including their operational, administrative, sanitariums and environmental aspects, besides the relationship with the other links of the chain and with the society.
